That’s why I’ve developed the 90 Day Freedom From Pain Program so I can hold your hand as we walk through my 4 Pillars to Pain Relief.
Its my commitment to be there every step of the way to support you and help you stay on track so that you don’t feel alone and you have the right tools to achieve your goals, feel better and get back to doing things you love to do.
You will get ongoing support to build up your toolbox week by week so you feel empowered with the tools you need to heal your body and pain is no longer limiting you. And by the 3rd month, if you do the work, you will feel less pain, more vitality on all levels and energized to do the things you love..
The program will start off with an in-depth health and movement assessment so we can both understand your body better and make a clear plan based on your specific goals.
The first month we will begin developing your personalized movement practice so that you have the right exercise recipe for your body and immediately begin feeling better. Each month, you’ll be given a new set of exercises to explore and integrate so that you have a strong core, mobile body and tools to shut off the pain cycle. You’ll also be given videos to help you practice what your learning.
As your body is beginning to come into balance, we will focus on the mind body connection and soothing your nervous system to calm the pain cycle from the inside out.
As you begin to feel like yourself again, we will make sure your getting the right nutrition and sleep so that you can recover and reduce inflammation.
I will also throw in a bonus healing session so that we can relax tension patterns and re-balance your nervous system

How much of a time commitment will this be?
-You will want to carve out at least 2 hours a week for the best results. We will work one-on-one one hour a week and you will want to do your homework exercises on the other days for at least 10 minutes a day.
What if I can't commit to the 90 Days but I still want to join?
-You will get the best results if you join the 90 Day Program. Contact me with any questions or concerns.
Can I get a refund if it doesn't work for me?
-Most people, if they do the work, see results after 30 days. If you are not fully satisfied with the program after 30 days, you can get a full refund.
If I'm going on vacation can I use my missed session another week?
-You can reschedule your private session with me within the same week but you cannot reschedule it for another week.
